Product description:
This product is a two-component inorganic coating material,curing at room temperature,wear resistant,temperature resistant can reach to 450¡æ,used for repairing or pre-protection of the equipment under high temperature conditions after
suffering from corrosion and erosive wear,such as boiler,boiler flue and high temperature parts of dust removal system etc.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc,the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,
dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
2.Preparation:According to the weight ratio A:B=2:1,make the A and B two components of BD766N1 coating mix and stir uniformly,(the ratio of the product is not strictly limited, but can be adjusted according to the required
viscosity and curing speed).The prepared materials should be used up within the specified operation time limit (that is,used up before the material starts to become sticky),the tacky and hardened material can't be reused.
3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD766N1 is 1 to 5mm,when the required thickness exceeds 3mm,layer by layer coating shall be adopted for construction.Make the mixed prepared materials be coating on the pending repair part,
the each layer should be compacted,make it infiltrates fully with the substrates.The thickness of each layer should be controlled under 1mm,spread coating the next layer after the upper layer drying,the application time of the front and back
two layers is depends on the construction temperature and coating thickness,the final surface should be repaired flat and beautiful.(this material is not suitable for mechanical processing,attention should be paid to control the coating thickness)
4.After the completion of construction,the coating should be placed for 1 to 2 days to be fully cured before it can be put into use.In case of site construction and tight construction period,three-stage heating and curing method can be adopted
for curing:1.Place it at room temperature for 2 hours 2. Heat it up to the temperature of 80¡æ and keep it warm for 2 hours. 3.Heat it up to the temperature of 150¡æ for 2 hours,and then it can be put into use directly.
Packaging specifications:
Two components,packed in a plastic drum, 10Kg/set, Part A: 6.7Kg/drum,Part B: 3.3Kg/drum.
Transportation storage:
1.Sealed storage in a cool and dry place,the warranty period is 12 months.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
Special version:
1. This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest according to actual working condition
2. In the process of using this product,rapid cooling and rapid heating should be avoided.The coating thickness of each layer should be controlled below 5 mm.
3. The equipment can not be put into normal operation until the coating is completely dry, otherwise the service life of the coating will be affected.
